What the petition asks

Hold a referendum within the London Borough of Havering to remove the borough from Greater London and return it to the County of Essex

The ulez expansion will destroy many businesses within Havering, it will disproportionally affect the less affluent people within the borough that cant afford to buy newer cars that are ulez compliant, the ulez expansion has little to do wirh pollution its mayor Khan's attempt to fill the huge shortfall in tfl's budget

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
