Conduct a full review of the Child Maintenance Service

What the petition asks
We want the Government to conduct an in-depth review of the Child Maintenance Service, to:
- identify and eliminate loopholes used by non-paying parents
- look at how victims of domestic abuse are protected
- identify past failures and put in place measures to prevent these in the future
I believe that the Child Maintenance Service does not currently ensure that parents who should be paying child maintenance do so, or have sufficient measures in place to protect the wellbeing of victims of domestic abuse, especially where they have been victims of financial abuse and coercive control, and are trying to gain financial independence.
