We now no longer qualify for the payment due to this new criteria

Change the criteria to a more sensible level instead of the size and age of your property. Absolutely disgraceful. Disabled and elderly like ourselves are already struggling to heat or eat during this cost of living crisis. Our health conditiins are severly affected by the cold so we have to use more energy in the winter. Our house gets extremely cold during these months and changing to this ridiculous criteria doesn't make our home any warmer!!!
