What the petition asks

I believe it should be illegal to vape in an enclosed public space, just as it is for smokers, for whom it is illegal to smoke in an enclosed public space.

The smoke exhaled from vaping, also contains chemicals harmful to the health of others, and it is double standards to tell a smoker it is illegal for them to smoke in an enclosed public space, while at the same time allowing vape users to vape in enclosed public spaces.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
