What the petition asks

I would like to see the current government cement their decision to 30 hours free childcare over 9 months. I would like to see it put in place with immediate effect.
Waiting till late 2024 is far too late for the working families currently facing the energy crisis. And increased costs of living.

I don’t want to see the government go back on their word. Or leave enough time for a potential new PM to come in and change this. As we have recently seen PM’s come and go all too quickly.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
