Begin 30 hours of free childcare to all children under 5 now.

What the petition asks
I want the Government to begin their rollout of free childcare for children across England between 9 months and 5 years old right now. As a parent of two children one of which is not yet 2 years old this will not help our family and countless others as we won’t be able to access these services.
The chancellor announced that he wished to incentivise and help people return to work. The current dates announced for when these benefits will be introduced will help mostly future parents rather than parents who already have children between the ages of 9 months and 5 right now who desperately need support. Why even announce this benefit when it won’t actually begin to take effect until April next year.
Why it was rejected
