Ban full face coverings & garments where only the eyes can be seen for security

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

The governments of Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Egypt, Morocco, Niger & Tunisia (after a terrorist attack) have all banned full face coverings garments where only the eyes can be seen for national security reasons. This proves they are not a religious requirement. As such we should too.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

You may wish to sign this petition which calls for the same action: Make it unlawful to wear full face coverings in public

Just because certain countries have banned a practice, this does not mean that it is not a religious requirement for certain people.
