What the petition asks

For years Ofsted inspections have affected the mental health of many educators. They cause stress, fear, anxiety and added pressure to schools and their staff. The negative process of inspections leave staff with huge stress and anxiety levels. Affecting their work and personal life.

I call for the abolishment of Ofsted because of their negative impact to education and the people that work in the education sector. Ofsted does more harm than good.

Teachers deserve to be happy and stress free. The number of teachers and head teachers leaving the professions are worryingly high. Enough is enough, Ofsted needs to be abolished.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
