What the petition asks

to open more homeless shelters and help younger homeless people.
to get more homeless people off the streets and provide them with the basic human needs they need to survive. for example hot meals. 78% of homeless people sleep rough in Birmingham on the average. WE NEED CHANGE TO HAPPEN
