What the petition asks
Order employers deploying employees overseas to give freedom to:
stay and continue working in the UK seamlessly (with valid work permit / spouse visa)
Flush mindsets (overseas deployment is a bonus so they can't ask for promotion)
Freedom to seek local solicitor
Allow to form or join union

Major IT companies take advantage of employees by rushing them to sign documents showing business reasons and showcasing the fantasies of being sent to the UK. There are hidden clauses that are worded restricting the employees from choosing their personal choice, failing which they will loose their reputation, promotion and even employment. In many cases, the local law, the law of the originating country and the company policy are applied for the benifit of the employer, resulting in unfair and inhuman treatment.
