What the petition asks
Allow the human rights of children to stand allow them to use the toilet when needed not when teachers unlock toilets .. stop letting children wet themselves in sheer desperation
Because schools heads and teachers do not listen it goes against human rights children deserve to use the toilet girls seem to be more victimised yet there prone to more issues periods and utis it's time the government banned this breach of human rights
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Decisions on policies regarding the use of toilets are a matter for individual schools and teachers, not the UK Government or House of Commons.
If you are unhappy with how a school or teacher deals with requests to use the toilet, you should raise this with the school or relevant local authority.
