Would like St Agnes bell that was taken down be made available for the community

What the petition asks
Please address the Church of England to return the bell that was taken down from the Easterside St. Agnes church to be made available to be viewed by the community. Please make it available in the local community cafe for all to see where kids and adults can engage with a piece of local history.
People have not been given an opportunity to make the decision. We only found out after it was removed out of area and even a local councillor or MP was not advised prior to this decision being made. Please help us to negotiate a return of this important landmark that used to sound across the whole estate calling people to gather together once more to be admired by everyone and be protected for the sake of the community for generations to come.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
