Require disabled toilets have changing stations large enough for children/adults

What the petition asks
I want the Government to require all disabled toilets have a full-sized changing bed/table/trolley, that is large enough for children or adults, and not just babies.
Changing stations in disabled toilets are often inadequate for parents or carers of disabled children or adults.
Many disabled children and adults need to be changed, but changing stations in most toilets, including disabled toilets, are often too small.
Carers of disabled children or adults are often left with no choice but to change the child or adult they care for on the floor of a disabled toilet, which is often filthy.
The lack of facilities for disabled people can lead to isolation.
