Ban fence jumps in horse racing

Closed 89 signatures

What the petition asks

Each year at the Grand National and other racing events horses needlessly die as a result of jumping over fences. Given the ethical considerations we believe the Government should ban fence jumps in horse racing.
I want the Government to recognise the ethical considerations and health risks to horses that are forced into the races and have their lives taken away from them, and take appropriate action.
