What the petition asks

Discuss the blanket 30 to 20 speed limit diktat in Wales.
Ask the three million British subjects in Wales to vote on the subject.
This is after all Britain not China.

With no true consultation the Wales wide speed limit change edict comes into effect in September.
This will affect all in Wales and should be subject to a vote by all the people of Wales, not just a diktat by a select few in the Cardiff Senedd.
This needs proper discussion in parliament as it affects the whole of Wales.
No real reason for the change in speed limit has been given , little thought has has been given to the serious effects this will have on over three million British subjects.
