What the petition asks
We want the Government to launch a public consultation on legal protections for birds of prey.
Numbers of birds of prey in the UK are increasing, which has also led to them killing more small birds, including song birds, field birds and pigeons.
Numbers of birds of prey in the UK are increasing, which has also led to them killing more small birds, including song birds, field birds and pigeons.
We want the Government to launch a public consultation to give the public the opportunity to express their views on the legal protections for birds of prey, and whether these are still appropriate giving increasing numbers, and the effect this is having on smaller birds.
