Vote for dissolution of the Devolved Scottish Parliament

What the petition asks
Hold a Scottish Referendum and allow the voters to decide whether they wish to continue with a Devolved Scottsih Parliament
This devolved Parliament has centralised more and more decisions, reduced funding that would have originally been granted to Scottish Local Authorities. Laws have been passed that the majority of people in Scotland have disagreed with only to be ridden roughshod over the people's wishes. Secrecy and transparency is gone no longer an Open Government, if it ever has been. The costs and waste of this devolved Parliament amount to Billions of Pounds that could have been better spent improving services, infrastructure and facilities for the citizens of Scotland.
