What the petition asks
Make it illegal to not stop after being in an accident involving a cat
Cats are not only animals...they are peoples pets and part of the family. Some people who cannot have children often choose to have pets and they are seen as their children.
Making it illegal to not stop after hitting a cat will help in various ways:-
1. The cat has a chance of survival if it is taken to a vets and treated quickly.
2. Even if the cat has no chance of survival it can be euthanized and not left to suffer.
3.it can be scanned and the owners found quickly
