Evacuate British Citizens currently in Sudan
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
I urge for the Government to evacuate British citizens from Sudan with immediate effect as conditions have worsened and the ceasefire urged by UN was not carried out, stopping people from being able to flee the capital - Khartoum- to safer cities.
There is no safe option for the individuals in sudan that are British citizen to return to the UK with the airport being bombed, or for them to leave Khartoum as leaving is now high risk with airstrikes and live ammunition they’re a currently in constant danger.
Why it was rejected
The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
