What the petition asks
Labour have proposed to pay asylum seekers in Wales £1600 per month no doubt on top of free accomodation and other benifits - this must be stopped.
It has also been suggested that, if their claims fail, they will get Legal Aid in order to fight the decision.

In the present economic climate people are struggling across the Country plus many working people do not earn this amount anyway and many Old Age Pensioners live on less paying all their working lives for the priviladge.
Paying this money to asylum seekers will just encourage more to come and, if successful in their claim, their families also.
