We call for the government to evacuate all British nationals stranded in Sudan.

What the petition asks
Civilians in Sudan are currently caught in the crossfire in a conflict between the Sudanese army, and the Rapid Support Force paramilitary forces. We would like a plan and timelines of: if, how and when the government is going to do this, especially in much more remote areas of Sudan.
The Foreign Office has asked British nationals to take shelter and register their location and contact details online. For British nationals on the ground this has been extremely difficult for several reasons. In addition, the lack of communication from the British government has left many feeling abandoned and as though their lives are not worth the same effort it has taken the army’s rapid-response paratrooper unit.
Why it was rejected
The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
