Issue a coronation medal to all members of the Armed Forces & Emergency services

Closed 479 signatures

What the petition asks

We believe the Government should acknowledge the importance of the coronation of King Charles to members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services, and should issue a King Charles’ Coronation medal to all members of the Armed Forces and Emergency services.
The coronation may be a once in a lifetime event, and the link between Monarchy and the Armed Forces and Emergency Services is significant to many personnel. We believe not awarding a Coronation Medal to all personnel would be an insult to those who commit their lives and safety for their country, and would have a detrimental impact on both morale and retention.
