Allow for military intervention when illegals immigrants become violent
Rejected
12 signatures
What the petition asks
Allow the military to become involved when illegal immigrants who are being rightfully deported become violent to avoid being deported.
It has recently been revealed that in some deportation centres, illegal immigrants who are being deported become violent towards officials of the Home Office. This is unacceptable, and must be dealt with swiftly, lest we become completely unable to deport anybody who enters the country illegally.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Arrangements for the deportation of foreign nationals are a matter for the Home Office, and maintaining public order is the responsibility of the police.
It would be an operational decision for the Home Office and police whether to request military assistance for arrangements for the deportation of foreign nationals.
