Make child maintenance payable up to 23 and increase maintenance payments

What the petition asks
I am petitioning the Government to reform how child maintenance works. Specifically, I am calling for an extension of child maintenance payments until the child reaches the age of 23, and an increase in the amount of payments.
Fatherless children are at higher risk of poverty, teenage pregnancies, crime, and mental health issues. Extending child maintenance until age 23 and increasing payments could help provide stability to support children's basic needs and education. The Government has a responsibility to ensure every child's success.
