Remove right to bail for acid and ammonia attackers

What the petition asks
Make it a law that no attacker that has used acid or ammonia can be bailed while waiting for trial.
People who commit attacks with acid or ammonia are free to commit the same kind of attacks if they are bailed whilst waiting for their trial. I think that there should be laws which prevent these attackers being bailed.
