What the petition asks
Make it law for all dogs to be kept on a lead when in a public place
Being a runner when I’m out on a run I’m guaranteed to to be attacked, bitten or chased by a dog off its lead by irresponsible owners and when I’m out with my dogs they get harassed and sometimes attacked by other dogs not on there leads, This is a big issue in my area and many people have had similar issues
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
