What the petition asks
Children are committing offences with no conseqances simply because of their age. Change the law and criminalise a child when an offence is committed.
There are children harming other children/people with no conseqances or justice for the victims.
Bullying to suicide, stabbing to death or beatings. The police wont criminalise children for all crimes.
Take back power. Change the law. Criminalise children before it's too late & more children are hurt or killed!

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
Children over 10 can already be arrested and taken to court if they commit a crime: https://www.gov.uk/age-of-criminal-responsibility
We are not sure if you would like the age of criminal responsibility to reduce below 10, or if you would like changes to the different arrangements that apply to criminal proceedings against 10-17 year olds.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
