Give NHS Bank staff what they deserve! Fair pay deal too!

What the petition asks
I want them to realise that 30% of the work force and daily shifts are picked up by bank staff with hospitals. This means bank staff who are employed directly from the nhs trusts, under the same agenda for change pay scheme. But have been left out of any pay deal!
During covid nearly 40% of the nhs work force had to work from home or shield. (Yet didn’t work but are still getting the deal!) Meaning more gaps, unsafe staffing during a global pandemic, potential of ward closures if bank staff did not step up and help and cover those gaps.
Bank staff although are 0 hours are there to help trusts when they are at critical low staffing levels going above and beyond to fill gaps even last minute when staff phone in sick at short notice! Yet are excluded!
