Legislate to ban drag queens from performing in front of underage children

What the petition asks
There has been considerable social media coverage about drag queens performing in front of underage children. I believe this should be outlawed.
Drag queens should only perform in front of children over the age of 16, in front of a responsible adult, the show needs to be video recorded, written parental consent must be obtained and the drag queen must pass a criminal records check.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
