Pay NHS LLP trusts non-consolidated pay award

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Ensure all Limited Liability Partnership NHS trusts are included in being awarded the non-consolidated pay award.
All NHS staff employed by LLP trusts have been informed they will not receive the lump sum pay award. Our workforce is already challenged, working hard to meet service needs with limited resources. This lack of pay award poses a real risk that we will lose the good will that keeps all service operational beyond staffs’ contractual hours and in the medium term see staff leave the community and their professions. Both scenarios will reduce services and quality care provision.
