Make Menstrual Leave compulsory in all workplaces
Rejected
13 signatures
What the petition asks
I'm calling on the government to make it compulsory for biological females to have the choice to be off work whilst menstruating.
Some biological females have incredibly heavy periods. This can impact on concentration and efficiency due to concerns that they may be leaking. Everyone has a right to be at work without fear of embarassment. Given that this is a situation unique to biological females, the time off should be in addition to statutory annual leave.
