Review legislation relating to gender recognition and reassignment

What the petition asks
We would like there to be a review of the Gender Recognition Act 2004 and related provisions in the Equality Act 2010. We are concerned about the impacts of this legislation.
We believe there are two genders, male and female, and that they are assigned at birth and cannot be changed. We are concerned that children are being inappropriately influenced into believing they have been given the wrong gender. We are concerned that sex offenders are exploiting the system to be put in women's jails. We believe that gender identity is being confused for sexuality, when they are not related.
