Fund the consolidated NHS payment to all agenda for change community services

What the petition asks
Give funding to all community run NHS services so that their staff can receive the consolidated payment.
You are not funding the one off payment.
This will damage the morale and structure of teams in the community and lead to unsafe staffing levels which will directly affect patient care.
We worked through covid just the same as any other service and feel completely de-valued by this decision.
We do the same job and we are on agenda for change so why are we treated differently? Why are we entitled to the payrise, but not the one off payment? This makes no sense at all.
