Compensate business owners who lost their companies due to covid restrictions

Many people were severely impacted financially, lost their livelihoods and savings, and some have lost their homes whilst trying to save their companies and save jobs. The Government imposed the measures without having the necessary support in place for all companies, so it is the responsibility of the Government to compensate the ones that fought hard but lost out.
