Change the law on drivers who run over cats.

What the petition asks
To change the law to be fair to cat owners, as it stands drivers must stop and report if they hit or run over a dog. The law needs to change to include cats and for bereavement leave for animal owners to be implemented in the workplace, as sometimes animals are all someone has in life.
Change the law, as the government are all about equality then cat owners should be treated the same as dog owners.
