Change school rules set by the department of education

What the petition asks
The rules and standards should be change as children are being punished without question for certain amounts of absents' and standards are destroying children's individuality. There is less support and guidance given by schools and Ofsted as they are trying to reach a high standard that has been set
There are countless reasons a child needs to take time off from school, such as contentious sicknesses that are being checked out, or due to the background of the child. Instead of being able to seek support or guidance from schools these children are being punished and treated as if they have committed a crime. As well as this, children have a very hard time being able to identify as an individual with the uniform prices rising and the standards to which these uniforms are too look.
