Change agenda to OFSTED which allows people to register anonymous complaints
Rejected
13 signatures
What the petition asks
Change the format which makes people leave identification such as name, date of birth, national insurance number etc so complaints are traceable and able to be followed up if malicious or targeted without reason.
So many settings or education providers are subject to malicious complaints resulting in a damage of reputation due to the current setup allowing anyone to make up random malicious information and not be held accountable or traceable if found untrue etc.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about what information to request from complainants are an operational matter for Ofsted, not the UK Government or Parliament.
