Revoke rules against accusing MPs of lying in the House of Commons

What the petition asks
Currently MPs are not allowed to accuse other MPs of lying during parliamentary proceedings. We want this rule to be overturned, to allow free discussion of whether an MP has lied.
We believe that more open discussion about whether an MP has lied would allow for disputes about the honesty of MPs to be resolved more quickly. This is particularly relevant given the recent report by the Committee of Privileges.
