Give victims of crime the right to appeal court decisions

What the petition asks
We want the Government to give victims the right to appeal any court decisions, including judgements and sentences. Currently victims are very restricted in their options to challenge court decisions, whereas convicts have greater rights to appeal judgements and sentences.
We believe the current system is hugely frustrating for victims, and this can have a significant impact on their wellbeing.
Victims should be able to have their voices heard, and new rights to appeal court decisions would help achieve this.
