Change the law regarding banks shutting down customers bank accounts

Recently bank accounts of prominent campaigners have been closed without reason. This should only be allowed if the bank gives a contestable reason & should only be done by a court. Not by the bank acting unilaterally. The government must act because without a bank account, you are limited.
