Change the ILR non-eligible status of the British Nationals' Ukrainian relatives

What the petition asks
Forcibly displaced persons from Ukraine, who came to the UK under the Ukraine Family Scheme, should be eligible for a family settlement route, as currently, especially for people over 60, there is only one route - an Adult Dependant Relative, an application with very strict and limited criteria.
For some people, depending on their region and their age, fleeing war and coming to the UK under Family Scheme is a possible and a very valuable temporary solution, for others - a permanent necessity. My mother is from Mariupol, a place she might never go back to during her lifetime. Her familiar life has been shattered by war, she fled her beloved city and lost home. And she is one of many. I beg you to review the current immigration law and arrive at a fair and impartial solution. Thank you!
