Set up a community service scheme for benefit claimants who are not in work

What the petition asks
People who can work, but receive benefits due to not having a job, should have to contribute to society by picking up litter and cleaning up our streets, in order to remain eligible for their benefits, until they take up paid work.
I feel this would encourage more people to accept jobs. It could also help solve a big issue which is the amount of litter on our streets. People from other countries often comment how dirty our streets are. Let's take pride in our country and Make Britain Great Again!
If anyone refuses to pick up litter or take part in the community service, they won't receive their benefits. Obviously anyone with mobility issues can be assessed on a case by case basis.
