Give Grandparents a legal right to see their Grandchildren

What the petition asks
I would like Grandparents to have legal rights to have reasonable access verbally, written, socially and in person with grandchildren they love and wish to have a safe, continued relationship with. Parents shouldn't be able to deprive grandparents of contact with their grandchildren.
We live in a time where many families are fractured. Taking legal action can be difficult and financially out of reach for many. Just to be able to see, speak to or make memories with our grandchildren.
It only needs an angry or vindictive parenting style to make this impossible or so hard that it becomes impossible. It puts the children in a position of guilt and the grandparent and children’s relationship in danger. This is not right.
