Make it mandatory for cyclists to wear unique identifiers when on public roads.

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

Introduce a law that requires all cyclists to have a form of identification visible to pedestrians, motor vehicles and, in the future, automated cameras.
Cyclists in Cardiff are abusing roads, driving past traffic lights and, with the increasing level of cyclists in the UK, it would be wise to apply some sort of regulation. Uber eats and Deliveroo have benefitted from their cyclists completely disregarding laws of the road and they need be to now held accountable by being identifiable by a non cyclist.

This identifier can be in the form of a number plate or an alternative form.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
