Fund a water waste program to upgrade systems and collect rainwater

What the petition asks
The government should create and fund a national program to prevent water waste. This should include:
- funding to upgrade all public toilets in public places, schools, restaurants, etc, to more water efficient models;
- the implementation of a strategy to collect more rainwater for reuse;
- grants to support the purchase of water purification systems and water efficient models within homes
It is estimated that in just 25 years London may have their water sources depleted. This is very serious. Multiple problems would be caused from the lack of just one thing-water. Imagine a future where we and our kids are not able to drink and live comfortably. Water is needed for multiple purposes such as cleaning, drinking and even in factories. These are all daily necessities and are what provide us with a comfortable life. Therefore it is vital we address this issue now.
