Review the increase in visa charges and ihs fee.

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

After the latest announcement from government regarding visa fees significantly increasing, we would like to see a review of these fees and consideration given as to the affect this will have on families going through the visa process as the fees are not in line with the cost of living.
The increase in visa fees are going to cause hardship for majority of families. Families struggle as it is to pull together the visa fees, but to put them up by around £2,000 for a further leave to remain (m) visa is extortionate given salaries, benefits and other sources of income are not going up, yet the cost of living is at an all time high. How are families meant to be find these fees? Why are families being penalised just because one isn’t from the UK?
