Require daily sessions on mindfulness/meditation in schools

What the petition asks
To require schools to have daily sessions on mindfulness/meditation. This should include teaching children ways to reduce anxiety, self-love, boundaries, meditation, self-regulation, confidence building, and positive relationships. I believe this would help them learn more effectively.
I have been teaching these life-long skills in schools for 6 years and now train teachers in mindfulness/meditation. Over the 6 years I have seen a rise in children's mental health issues.
I believe that children should be given time throughout each day to practice activities that help with their emotional development. If this was required in all schools I believe it would help children learn more effectively, and support them dealing with issues later on in life.
