Muzzle any dog that the owner knows is dangerous regardless of breed or age

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

I right this today because this morning my dog was attacked again. The owner an elderly lady screaming at the top of her lungs and when I said "my dog is gentle and wouldn't harm a fly" He's a staff and that's why people panic. She responded with its not yours my dog bites! Which it did.
The government need to act Apon this. I have suffered and endured over the years people picking their dogs up, crossing the road, anything to stay out of the path of my dog Dude is his name. He has been attacked so many times I have lost count!! Because he's a staffy he is persecuted from the start. There is no education about the breed just according to most simply they are all dangerous IT'S NOT THE DOG IT'S THE OWNER. As an example I have just purchased a female staff people can't get enough.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

It is not clear in which circumstances you would like dog owners to be required to muzzle their dogs.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
