Ban putting netting on buildings to deter birds from landing

What the petition asks
Ban putting netting on buildings because it can cause death and injury to birds. They can get trapped in and behind the nets and suffer a slow and agonising death.
We believe this should not be legal because it is a form of animal cruelty and shows that some humans believe their aesthetics are more important than an animal's life.
It can also put pressure on services like the fire brigade and charities like the RSPCA when people call them to help with birds trapped in the netting.
