Petition · past parliament
To review the sudden decision without notice of banning visa from Tier4 to Tier2

What the petition asks
Applications that are already being processed prior to the ban date should be processed as normal and any applications made after the ban date should be stooped in accordance to the uk policy in effect.
We want the parliament to accept the applications made before the announcement of change as the applicant paid solicitor fees, allocation fees fast track, allocation for submission etc. There applications are already in process stage. The applicants have made huge commitments with hard work to pay fees to solicitor and home office for there applications to be processed to find that there is a sudden ban. We would like the government to simply process and complete current submitted applications.
